No registrations will be processed without payment. If you are unable to register prior to June 15, 2006, you will need to register and make full payment on-site, beginning Saturday, July 8, 2006. Entitlements
Registrants for the Congress will be admitted to the opening and closing plenaries; the opening reception; all general program sessions/plenaries; the Exhibit Hall; the Relay For Life® evening event; including refreshments; and the crossover event late Wednesday morning, which includes lunch. They will also receive a conference satchel, four continental breakfasts, and beverages and snacks at the morning and afternoon breaks. Registration for the CDC Cancer Partners Summit is included in the UICC World Cancer Congress registration fee, allowing participants to take full advantage of the information and opportunities offered by both events. Please note that the dates of the CDC Summit (July 12-13) overlap with the beginning of the WCTOH (July 12-15).
One-day registrations for the Congress or CDC Summit - $250 (Includes satchel and all social activities taking place that day.)
Accompanying Guest
Spouses, children, and other guests of the Congress attendees are welcome to register and participate in social functions.

Entitlements
A special guest badge gains you admission to the opening general session and reception on Saturday night; admission to the Exhibit Hall and all continental breakfasts; mid-morning and afternoon refreshment breaks; participation in the International Relay For Life® event on Monday evening, including refreshments; and admission to the special crossover event late Wednesday morning, which includes lunch.

Conference organizers have reserved rooms at 21 hotels in Washington, D.C.
for the events of July 2006. These hotels provide a wide variety of rates and amenity offerings all within close proximity to the Washington Convention Center.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by May 7, 2006 and are subject to a 20 percent admission fee. After that date, no refunds will be made. Substitutions are permissible if made before May 7th, must be made in writing by the registrant to Laser Registration, Inc., and are also subject to the 20 percent administration fee.
