Ancillary Meeting Requests

The availability of meeting space for ancillary meetings is somewhat limited because two large international conferences are convening back-to-back. Requests may be submitted up to January 15, 2006. A finite number of meeting rooms will be set aside for the days before the events and in the early mornings before sessions. All requests will be given a final disposition by March 15, 2006. If space is available, your group would be responsible for any direct costs, such as refreshments, audiovisual equipment, etc., but the meeting room may be at no cost. Also, for more impromptu sessions, there will be an opportunity onsite for small groups or networks to request short-term space for one-hour gatherings.
